Pup Fuel is a UK-based subscription box company offering one-off boxes, monthly subscription boxes, and individual products for dog parents. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pup Fuel.

2. Using Our Website

By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products

We offer the following:

• One-Off Boxes – a single purchase with no ongoing commitment.
• Monthly Subscription Boxes – a recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled.
• Individual Items – selected products available to purchase as one-off items, with no subscription required.

Box contents may vary and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Product images shown are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Subscription pricing changes will be communicated in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. For subscriptions, payment is taken automatically on your billing date each month.

6. Subscriptions

Billing: Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis from the date of your first payment. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date. You can cancel by contacting us at hello@pupfuel.co.uk or through your account on our website.

Pausing: Life happens — and we get it! If you need to take a break, you’re welcome to pause your subscription. Just get in touch with us at hello@pupfuel.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help sort that for you.

Renewals: Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled. We will send a reminder before each renewal where required by law.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch one-off box and individual item orders within 3 working days of your order being placed. Subscription boxes are dispatched on a set schedule — details will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a one-off order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

For subscription boxes, your right to cancel applies before the box has been dispatched. Once a subscription box has been dispatched, it cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us at hello@pupfuel.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by Pup Fuel and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pup Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order or, in the case of subscriptions, the value of one month's subscription fee.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For subscription customers, we will notify you of any material changes before they take effect.
