Joining the Pup Fuel family is simple — and once you do, a box of joy lands at your door every single month. Here's everything you need to know!

Choose Your Box

We offer two subscription options to suit every pup:

• 🐶 The Pup Fuel Monthly Box — a carefully selected mix of treats, chews, toys, and goodies for your dog, plus the occasional little treat for you too.
• 🦴 The Tough Pup Box — designed for the serious chewers! Packed with tougher toys and long-lasting chews built to withstand even the most determined pups.

How It Works — Step by Step

1️⃣ Subscribe
Choose your box and sign up on our website. It only takes a couple of minutes!

2️⃣ Payment is Taken on Your Sign-Up Date
Your subscription is billed automatically on the same date each month as the day you subscribed. You'll receive a confirmation email so you always know when payment has been taken.

3️⃣ We Pack Your Box with Love
Our team carefully curates and packs your box with a brilliant selection of goodies for your pup — and sometimes a little something for you too 💛

4️⃣ Your Box is Dispatched on the 20th
Every box goes out on the 20th of each month, regardless of when your payment was taken. You'll get a dispatch notification so you know it's on its way.

5️⃣ Unboxing Day!
Sit back, let your pup go wild, and enjoy the excitement of unboxing together. This is what it's all about 🐾

Flexible & Hassle-Free

We believe your subscription should work for you — not the other way around. That's why we keep things simple and flexible:

• ✅ Cancel anytime — just let us know at least 5 days before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• ⏸️ Pause anytime — need a break? No problem. Just get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
• 📬 Update your details — moving house or changed your card? Contact us and we'll get it updated.

One-Off Boxes Too!

Not ready to commit to a subscription just yet? That's completely fine — you can order a one-off Instant Box with no strings attached. It's a great way to try Pup Fuel before subscribing, or to send as a gift to a fellow dog parent!
