We want your Pup Fuel box to land on your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you're based outside the UK and would love a Pup Fuel box, drop us a message at hello@pupfuel.co.uk — we'd love to hear from you!

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for standard shipping on all orders. This is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We're a small, independent business and we work hard to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We hope to offer free shipping in the future — watch this space! 🐾

Dispatch Times

One-off & Instant Boxes: We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of your order being placed.

Subscription boxes: All subscription boxes are dispatched on the 20th of each month, regardless of when your payment was taken. If you subscribe after the 20th, your first box will be dispatched on the 20th of the following month.

Please note: subscription payments are taken automatically on the same date each month as the day you originally subscribed. Your box will always be dispatched on the 20th.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location and the courier used. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.

We work with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to get your box to you safely. The courier used may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where available, depending on the courier used.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your dispatch confirmation email for any tracking details. If you're still having trouble, get in touch with us at hello@pupfuel.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you need to update your address, contact us at hello@pupfuel.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we may not be able to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
