Shipping – Processing Times

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Subscription Boxes:
We offer free shipping on all subscription orders — no extra cost, just happy deliveries

One-Time Boxes:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. You can choose from:

- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): £4.79
- Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 24): £8.49

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders must have a valid UK delivery address.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available with our Tracked Delivery option.

If selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and text, where available) with your tracking details once your order is on the way — so you can follow your Pup Fuel delivery right to your door.

Delays or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Each Pup Fuel box is carefully prepared and packed with quality and care — once it leaves us, it’s ready to be enjoyed by you and your pup.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always try to make it right.

We may ask for a photo so we can resolve the issue quickly. Depending on the situation, we will offer:
